HR Assistant Manager (Retail)

Location: North-east Work arrangement: Onsite (Required to travel to different sites in Singapore) Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail, operations, and blue-collar positions • Process and renew work passes. • Support monthly payroll processing and HR administration • Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary and performance issues • Work closely with managers to address manpower challenges and staff concerns • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations • Manage, guide and mentor a team of HR executives.
