Personal Banker/Retail Banking Relationship Manager

Our client, a leading foreign bank, is seeking an experienced relationship manager to join their Retail banking department. Main Tasks and Duties: • Provide exceptional customer service for retail banking products. • Handle personal loan applications efficiently. • Conduct marketing campaigns for bank cards and other personal products in batches. • Cultivate and manage relationships with VIP customers. • Offer financial advice and promote financial products to retail customers. • Keep clients informed about their portfolios and new product offerings. • Generate reports on product performance and business trends. • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as directed by the Head of Department. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance or related field preferred. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking. • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle personal loan applications and provide financial advice. • Experience in marketing bank cards and other retail banking products. • Proven ability to maintain and manage relationships with customers. • Capable of multitasking and working well under pressure. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in English and fluency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients.
