Operations & Governance Executive _ Contract

Test Governance & Operations Coordinator (ODC and Supplier Governance) 12-month contract | Alexandra, Singapore We are looking for someone who is strong in planning, coordination, tracking and reporting to support governance activities for a bank’s offshore delivery centres and suppliers. This is an operations focused role; deep technical expertise is not required. What you will do • Coordinate ODC and supplier governance meetings, maintain action trackers and follow up with owners to close outstanding items. • Work with suppliers and internal Risk, Procurement, Compliance, Information Security, Technology and Operations teams on third-party assessments and reviews. • Track assessment findings, remediation plans, supplier obligations and key deliverables. • Help organise business continuity and recovery exercises, then track readiness and follow-up actions. • Prepare status reports, management decks, dashboards, meeting minutes and governance records. • Identify delays or issues early and escalate them to the relevant stakeholders. What we are looking for • Around 3–7 years of relevant experience in PMO, operations coordination, vendor or supplier governance, operational risk, or a related role. • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, maintain accurate trackers and drive actions to closure. • Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas and reporting dashboards; Power Query is an advantage. • Clear written and verbal communication, sound judgement and attention to detail. • Exposure to banking, regulated environments, offshore delivery, third-party risk or business continuity is an advantage.
