Procurement Assistant Manager, Up to $5,200, East, 5 days Full Time

Summary: • Salary: Up to $5,200 + Performance Bonus • Working Hours: Mon - Fri • Location: East (Bedok North) • Industry: Food Manufacturing Job Responsibilities: • Manage daily procurement, purchasing and administrative activities. • Source suppliers, compare quotations and negotiate pricing and payment terms. • Monitor supplier performance, product quality, delivery and contracts. • Plan purchasing and inventory requirements with Production, Warehouse and Operations teams. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor purchasing costs. • Supervise and guide the Procurement & Admin team to ensure smooth operations. • Maintain proper procurement records and ensure company policies and requirements are followed. Job Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field. • Minimum 5 years of procurement/purchasing and admin experience , preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing. • Strong experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation and cost control . • Previous team leadership/supervisory experience is required. • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems.
