Maintenance Assistant

Responsibilities: • Perform repair works of electrical and mechanical devices. • Perform periodic cleaning of assigned areas & facilities. • Conduct routine maintenance and upkeep work of building installations and equipment. • Attend to 3rd party contractors / vendors doing servicing or repair work in the premises. • Set up facilities and equipment for meetings. • Assist in management of housekeeping stocks. • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required. Requirements: • GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or ITE Certificate (or equivalent) • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building maintenance work • Able to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, and maintenance manuals in English; basic Chinese reading ability for liaising with contractors and vendors. • Hands-on and with initiative • Able to work independently as well as in a team • Willing to work a 6-day work week
