Preventive MaintenanceCustomer Service
•
• Maintain and troubleshoot customer ruggedized laptops when faults occur.
• Handle FRACA cases and respond to site issues in accordance with the agreed SLA.
• Perform quarterly Preventive Maintenance activities, including OS patching, SEP updates, and application updates.
• Support customer service requests and technical issues.
• Perform shift duties on a 24/7 basis as required
Requirement:
• Diploma in IT
• At least 1 yr experience in IT infrastructure
• 5 dayweek @ AMK area (go on site whenever required)
• Singaporeans only
