Technical Sales Executive

• Position: Technical Sales Executive • Location: Tuas (company transport provided at various MRT pick up points) • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 Monthly Basic Salary + $1,000 Monthly Transport Reimbursement + Commission + AWS + Flexi Benefits (Dental, TCM) + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus • Duration: Permanent • Industry: Equipment & parts distributor (MNC) Main Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, prospecting and customer engagement. • Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and business partners. • Support business proposals, distributorship opportunities and commercial presentations. • Conduct customer visits, sales presentations and direct selling activities. • Understand customer technical and commercial requirements and recommend suitable solutions. • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and supporting sales documentation. • Track sales activities, pipeline and performance using CRM systems. • Review sales performance and prepare regular management reports. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and market-share developments. • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to support customer requirements and order fulfilment. Requirements: • Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification. • At least one year of relevant technical sales experience in engineering, construction, industrial equipment or a related B2B environment. • Comfortable with prospecting, customer visits and new-business development. • Able to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions. • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • Familiarity with CRM systems would be advantageous. • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous due to regular customer visits.
