Kitchen Assistant

Job Responsibilities: • Assist the chef with food preparation, including washing, cutting, and marinating ingredients • Assist with food preparation, simple cooking, and plating • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas • Organise and store food ingredients and kitchen supplies properly • Follow food safety and hygiene standards • Perform other general kitchen duties as assigned Job Requirements: • Previous kitchen or F&B experience is preferred • No experience is welcome; training will be provided • Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn • Able to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment Working Hours: • 6 days per week • Weekdays: 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM • Weekends: 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Working Location: • Clarke Quay A PLUS MANPOWER SERVICES PTE LTD EA License No. 16C8280 MOM Reg No. R1107161
