Company Overview Tangspac Search is a subsidiary of Tangspac Consulting, a leading Asian staffing firm specializing in recruitment for financial services and technology sectors for over 20 years. www.tangspac.com Job Summary Provide critical first-level support and control to Trading and Sales desks, managing trade lifecycle events and operational risks while driving process improvements within the Trade Support Unit. Responsibilities • Deliver first-level support and control to Trading and Sales desks to ensure accurate trade processing and compliance • Oversee Trade Support Unit activities including deal booking, booking controls, and trade input, amendments, modifications, and cancellations per bank guidelines • Manage trade lifecycle events such as exercise, fixing, compression, expiry, and novation to maintain operational integrity • Resolve trade-related queries and operational issues promptly to minimize risk and disruption • Identify and assess operational risks from daily activities and collaborate with the Team Manager to enhance processes and implement effective controls • Assist the Team Manager in projects involving system and process enhancements, procedure improvements, new tool implementations, and onboarding of new business lines Required competencies and certifications • Good knowledge of capital market products including Rates, Credits, Forex, Forex Options, and Fixed Income • Hands-on experience managing capital market middle office products and processes • Exposure to Middle Office functions and understanding of Front-to-Back processes • Proficient communication skills to engage effectively at multiple organizational levels • Ability to adapt quickly to fast-changing environments • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Other Information R23115755 25C2690
