Manufacturing Engineer (Production, 12-hrs shift, East Region)

Responsibilities: • Lead line leaders and operators to achieve daily production targets, quality, productivity, and yield. • Conduct daily pass-down meetings and escalate any line issues. • Manage manpower, overtime, and consumables planning. • Ensure adherence to manufacturing and safety procedures. • Train and coach leaders and operators to enhance performance. • Implement improvements to minimize human errors. • Maintain discipline and good housekeeping in the production line. • Collaborate with departments on projects, evaluations, and preventive maintenance in the fab.
