SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

Job Responsibilities • Prepare and review detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation. • Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure all design proposals and documentation comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards. • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed successfully and within the agreed requirements. • Review material selections, shop drawings, finishes, and samples to ensure quality, functionality, and overall design consistency. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior designers while supporting the professional development of the design team. • Identify and resolve design and technical issues in a timely and effective manner. • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project coordination and execution. • Research and recommend innovative materials, finishes, furniture, and sustainable design solutions where appropriate. • Review and approve design deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, consistency, and compliance with project requirements. • Conduct site visits and inspections when required to monitor design implementation and workmanship. • Support the team in ensuring projects are delivered according to the approved design, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
