Manager, Financial Reporting

We are seeking a motivated and experienced financeprofessional to join our Finance team as Manager, Financial Reporting. This role offers broad exposure to the full spectrum of financial reporting, consolidation,and budget management within a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial data • Prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports, cashflow statements, and statistical reports • Coordinate the end-to-end annual budget cycle, including template preparation, departmental consolidation and management presentations • Support the annual external audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and coordination with external auditors • Provide financial analysis and advisory support for service agreements, cost-benefit assessments, and cost optimisation initiatives • Develop and maintain robust internal controls, SOPs, and workflows in line with organisational and regulatory requirements • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor from time to time Requirements • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification, with at least 6 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or management accounting • Membership of a recognised professional accounting body such as ISCA or ACCA is preferred • Hands-on experience in month-end and year-end closing processes, variance analysis, and management reporting • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with solid working knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) • Experience in budget planning and coordination across multiple business units • Knowledge of SAP and experience in the healthcare sector are advantageous • Meticulous, analytical, and able to present financial findings clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders • Effective communicator who manages priorities well and works collaboratively across functions
