Executive Assistant

Responsibilities • Support the Company's recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, candidate shortlisting and interview coordination. • Conduct initial candidate screening and follow up with candidates on availability, salary expectations and interview arrangements. • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records. • Coordinate with hiring managers, HR and recruitment agencies where required. • Assist the Director in following up on internal and external action items. • Coordinate meetings, appointments and schedules. • Prepare and organise correspondence, documents, presentations and simple reports. • Track outstanding matters, deadlines, documents and follow-ups. • Assist in coordinating Company events, meetings and management activities. • Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned by the Director. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline. • Prior experience in recruitment, executive support, HR coordination or administration preferred. • Strong organisational and follow-up skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to manage multiple matters concurrently and work independently. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Resourceful, responsive and comfortable liaising with different departments and external parties. • Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
