QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses. • Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including bills of quantities and specifications. • Evaluate tenders from contractors and suppliers, providing recommendations. • Negotiate contracts, terms, and scopes of work with clients and subcontractors. • Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, tracking variations and change orders. • Manage and minimize costs, ensuring the project remains within budget. • Conduct financial assessments and valuations of work in progress. • Prepare interim and final accounts, ensuring timely payments. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements. • Provide advice on contractual and legal matters related to cost management. • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project success. Job Requirements：- • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role. • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and legal considerations. • Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, MS Project). • Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills. • Knowledge of building regulations and health & safety standards.
