Occupational Therapist

Key Roles & Responsibilities • Comprehensive Assessment & Intervention : Conduct functional, cognitive, and perceptual assessments to identify needs. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to restore and enhance independence in self-care, daily living, work, and leisure activities • Rehabilitation & Assistive Solutions : Facilitate work rehabilitation programs, prescribe and train clients in assistive technologies and adaptive devices, and apply ergonomic principles to optimize occupational performance. • Education & Caregiver Support : Provide education and practical training for family members and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and effective support strategies. • Quality Improvement & Mentorship : Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives and participate in research or innovation projects. Mentor trainees and students to foster professional growth and clinical excellence. Job Requirements: • Degree in Occupational Therapy recognised by AHPC • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Patient-focused, empathetic, and committed to making a meaningful difference. • Demonstrates sound clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and professional judgment in care delivery. • Passionate about building a healthcare career, resilient in the face of challenges, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
