Summary: • Basic : $3600 • 5 days / Office • Location: Tai Seng Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end processing of vendor invoices, payments, and staff claims. • Manage monthly AP reconciliations, resolve payment issues, and support month-end closing activities. • Collaborate with Procurement and site teams to clear outstanding purchase orders. • Assist with yearly audits, prepare audit schedules, and participate in UAT testing. • Monitor auto-posting failures, implement improvements, and take on additional finance tasks when required.
