HR & Operations Executive l Biohacking Wellness l 5 day work @ Robinson

Role Overview The HR & Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day HR administration and operational support across REKOOP’s two outlets, ensuring smooth manpower management, employee administration and outlet operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding . • Handle MOM/work pass applications, renewals and cancellations . • Manage employee records, leave, attendance and payroll coordination . • Prepare and coordinate outlet staff schedules for Club and Flex. • Support employee relations and general HR matters. • Manage procurement of operational supplies and consumables for both outlets. • Coordinate supplier, contractor and vendor matters . • Monitor and coordinate machine/equipment servicing, maintenance and repairs . • Follow up on operational issues across both outlets and ensure timely resolution. • Support management with ad-hoc HR and operational projects. • Maintain proper HR, procurement, maintenance and operational records. Requirements • 3–5 years' experience in HR, HR Operations, Administration or Operations. • Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices and MOM work pass processes. • Experience in payroll, scheduling and employee administration. • Strong organisational and coordination skills. • Independent, hands-on and able to manage multiple priorities. • Comfortable working across two outlets and handling both HR and operational matters. • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
