Contracts Manager (M&E) | Up to $7,000 | North Area

📍 Location: North 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 💰 Salary: $6,500 - $7,000 Why Join Us? Join a growing electrical engineering company delivering high-reliability solutions for data centres and commercial projects across Singapore and Malaysia. You’ll work on high-profile projects while partnering with engineering, procurement and project teams. Key Responsibilities • Manage and review contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements and variation orders . • Support tender activities, including bid preparation and supplier proposal evaluation . • Monitor contract performance, deliverables, variations, costs and potential risks. • Work closely with project, engineering, procurement and site teams to resolve contractual matters. • Maintain accurate contract documentation, including payment records, insurance and performance bonds. • Liaise with vendors, legal advisors and external stakeholders on contractual matters. • Support contract close-out and post-project reviews to improve future processes. Requirements • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration or related field ; relevant diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered. • 3–5 years of contracts management experience in construction or engineering. • Experience with electrical projects ; data centre or commercial project experience is an advantage. • Familiarity with Singapore's construction regulations and BCA requirements. • Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills . • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. • Good understanding of electrical engineering concepts is an advantage.
