OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the company’s daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient business activities. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations. • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and work processes. • Monitor staff performance and ensure proper allocation of duties. • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. • Manage manpower planning, work schedules and operational resources. • Monitor operational costs and identify areas for improvement. • Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements and relevant regulations. • Handle operational issues and resolve problems in a timely manner. • Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management. • Train, guide and motivate staff to improve work performance. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field. • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in operations management. • Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. • Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. • Good organisational and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
