Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with Purchasing department on the purchase of products
· Assist in the planning of daily projects
· Assist in the administrative needs of entire project cycles
· Sorting and filing documents
· Understanding our projects and the process of the operations
· Preparations of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for factory
· Learn the process of fabricating uPVC windows and doors
· Assist in project management
· Assist in construction project management
· Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned
Requirements
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
