Name of Authority: Tanjong Katong Secondary School Contract Period: 1 Dec 2026 – 30 Nov 2027 Option to extend: 1 Dec 2027 – 30 Nov 2028 Personnel to be deployed at the following hours: • Mondays to Thursdays: 7am to 4pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break • Fridays: 7am to 5pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break • Service maybe required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays Requirements: The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience: The Personnel shall minimally have the following skills and experience: ▪ At least 3 years of working experience in school operations. ▪ Able to multi-task ▪ Good team player Job Scopes： The Services required are set out as follows: ▪ Coordinate and monitor the maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, sports facilities, and common areas. ▪ Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and follow up on rectification works. ▪ Maintain emergency preparedness exercises inventory ▪ Supervise cleaning contractors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are achieved. ▪ Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping, and environmental services. ▪ Conduct regular inspections and address operational feedback. ▪ Perform minor ad-hoc repair works when required within school premises ▪ Security control at the school foyer during school days and events. ▪ Perform ad-hoc operational duties as assigned by OM/AM and School Leaders Maxhunt Resource Pte Ltd | EA Licence: 22C1322 Cynthia Lai | Registration No: R25146301
