Compliance Associate – Audit / Regulatory Compliance

• Position: Compliance Associate – Audit / Regulatory Compliance • Location: Central – Near Raffles Place MRT • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm • Salary (commensurate with experience): $S4,000 - $S$4,400 per month + Performance Bonus • Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave • Duration: Permanent / Full-Time • Industry: Professional Services / Regulatory Compliance Career Transition Opportunity Candidates with audit experience who are looking to transition into regulatory compliance are encouraged to apply. Prior regulatory compliance and/or AML/CFT experience would be advantageous but is not mandatory, as candidates with strong audit, risk assessment, controls review and analytical experience will also be considered. Main Responsibilities: • Support day-to-day regulatory compliance and AML/CFT activities. • Review Client Due Diligence (CDD) documents and assess client risk classifications. • Review screening alerts relating to sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and adverse news. • Support Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and appropriate risk mitigation measures. • Assist in compliance monitoring, testing, documentation and preparation of reports. • Keep abreast of relevant regulatory developments in Singapore and Hong Kong. • Support updates to compliance policies, procedures and internal controls. • Coordinate information requests from regulators, auditors and relevant stakeholders. Requirements: • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Law or a related discipline. • Minimum 2 years of audit experience gained in a professional services firm or large organisation. • Regulatory Compliance and/or AML/CFT experience will be an advantage. • Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail. • Good written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare clear compliance documentation and communicate effectively with clients, regulators, auditors and internal stakeholders. • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
