Operations Manager

Job Description and Responsibilities • Manage the daily operations of the food and beverage outlet. • Ensure service quality, food quality and operational standards are consistently maintained. • Plan staff schedules, deploy team members and monitor attendance. • Train, guide and evaluate employees to improve service and productivity. • Monitor sales performance, manpower costs, food costs, stock levels and wastage. • Coordinate purchasing, inventory control and supplier matters. • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly. • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, licensing requirements and company procedures. • Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements. Requirements • At least 1 year of relevant food and beverage operations or management experience. • Good team leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. • Familiar with outlet operations, inventory control and customer service. • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Working Arrangement • Permanent, full-time position. • 6 working days and 44 hours per week. • Shift work required.
