Key Responsibilities • Greet and seat guests professionally, provide menus, and introduce signature dishes. • Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system. • Provide food and beverage service according to established service standards. • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. • Process payments accurately and maintain proper cash-handling procedures. • Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, table settings, and service stations. • Promote menu items and ongoing promotions to customers. Requirements • F&B service experience is preferred but not required. • Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills. • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays. • Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. • Customer-oriented, positive attitude, and a good team player.
