Admin, Grant Process (Temporary)

You will assist the operations team in claims support, application processing, and general duties. Responsibilities • Administer day‑to‑day operations of e2i's grants, including processing of applications, variations, candidate onboarding and claims. • Validate claims documents and prepare for Finance disbursement, & where relevant, provide findings to the OIC for evaluation. • Review submitted documentation for completeness and compliance; identify discrepancies and follow up with employers or partners • Maintain accurate, audit‑ready records in accordance with programme and organisational requirements • Liaise with Members, Training Providers, call centre and relevant departments for appeals and enquiries • Checking of membership status • Update internal database and prepare reports • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirements • ‘A’ Level & above • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills • Good time management and problem-solving skills • Meticulous with good numeracy • Possess good written and verbal communications skills • Excellent interpersonal & communication skill Only Singaporeans may apply.
