Restaurant Supervisor

Key responsibilities • Lead the front-of-house team to achieve daily operational, service and sales goals • Coordinate stations, reservations, cashiering, delivery orders, complaints and handovers • Train staff and monitor service, hygiene, safety and wastage standards • Complete operational reports and coordinate solutions across teams Requirements • At least 2 years of relevant F&B experience; team-leading experience preferred • Familiar with POS, reservations, cashiering and basic operational reports • Strong leadership, communication and on-floor problem-solving skills • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to handle inquiries and complaints directly from Mandarin-speaking customers and liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers Remuneration & benefits • Annual Leave: 14 days • Staff meals • Medical reimbursement and insurance • Monthly performance incentive • Monthly profit sharing • Year-end performance bonus • Employee discount • Annual remuneration review • Training and multi-station career progression
