Account cum Admin officer (East)

Job Responsibilities: • Handle daily accounting and administrative duties. • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions. • Prepare and process invoices, sales quotation, payments, receipts and other accounting documents. • Assist with GST preparation and submission and ensure proper supporting documentation is maintained. • Perform accurate data entry into accounting systems and maintain up-to-date records. • Handle filing and documentation , both physical and digital. • Perform basic reconciliation and assist with month-end accounting activities. • Maintain proper records of financial and administrative documents. • Assist with general office administration and other clerical duties. • Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments when required. • Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor . Requirements: • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field. • At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred. • Familiar with AP, AR and GST . • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and accounting software. • Good attention to detail with accurate data entry and documentation. • Organised, responsible and able to work independently. • Willing to handle both accounting and general administrative duties Mon - Fri - Working hours : 9 to 6pm AWS & performance bonus Ang Hoe Keong | EA Personnel Registration No.: R1106345 RS Recruitment Agency | EA License No. 17C8809
