Head of Facilities and Operations (Hospital)

Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee the strategic and operational management of hospital support services • Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality services that support patient care delivery • Oversee maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and infrastructure reliability • Plan and deliver capital projects and facility development initiatives • Manage lifecycle of medical equipment (maintenance, repair, replacement) • Align equipment planning and acquisition with clinical and strategic needs • Ensure a safe and secure hospital environment • Develop and implement security policies and protocols • Lead and manage multiple department heads and operational teams • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and administrative departments • Develop, manage, and control operational budgets • Drive process improvements, efficiency, and cost optimisation • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards • Requirements: • Degree in Business / Engineering • At least 10 years of experience in Healthcare organisation Account Manager: Kerwin Tan Kai Bin (R1331624) kerwin.tan@searchasia.com.sg EA168107
