Accounts Receivable Associate (Japanese Speaking) – Contract

Job Summary You will support accounts receivable activities for the Japanese market, working closely with internal teams and Japanese-speaking customers. Training on AR processes and systems will be provided, making this ideal for candidates starting their finance careers. Responsibilities • Process daily accounts receivable transactions accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records • Reconcile customer accounts and allocate payments to ensure correct account balances • Monitor outstanding invoices and initiate timely payment follow-ups to improve cash flow • Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking customers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment queries • Maintain organized and accurate AR documentation to support audit and reporting requirements • Assist with month-end closing activities by preparing AR reports and verifying data accuracy • Collaborate with the finance team to support additional finance and administrative tasks as needed • Demonstrate attention to detail and apply numerical skills to manage financial data using Microsoft Excel Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline preferred • Japanese language proficiency to support daily communication with customers and stakeholders in Japan • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment • Willingness to learn and develop skills in accounts receivable and finance processes Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd EA Licence No.: 11C5502 Your EAP Registration No.: R1331697
