F&B OPERATIONS MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities including but not limited to: • Oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlet(s), ensuring smooth and efficient service. • Lead, coach, and motivate the service and operations team to deliver excellent customer experiences. • Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, deployment, attendance, and operational coverage. • Monitor outlet sales, productivity, operating costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Drive sales and revenue through effective upselling, promotions, and operational initiatives. • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and company operating standards. • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation. • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and implement appropriate follow-up actions. • Monitor inventory levels, ordering, stock control, wastage, and cost management. • Work closely with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure efficient coordination between front and back of house. • Conduct regular operational checks and ensure company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently followed. • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff development. • Prepare and review operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. • Support the management team in implementing new initiatives, promotions, events, and business strategies. • Assist with outlet opening and closing procedures and ensure proper cash and operational controls. • Perform other operational duties and projects as assigned by management.
