Benefits: • Basic up to $4000 • Mon to Fri, Office hours • Location: North • Great company culture and benefits • Long-term career progression plan Job Scope: • Document and standardize factory and production processes and procedures across the Group. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Support the deployment and implementation of production processes and procedures across Singapore and overseas operations. • Manage and support the development of next-generation production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly. • Ensure compliance with internal standards through audits of factory operations and process engineering practices across the Group. • Collaborate with operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes. • Perform other duties related to operations and process engineering as assigned. Job Requirement: • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. • At least 1 year of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage • Entry levels are welcomed, as training will be provided.
