Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. • Minimum 2–4 years of proven hands-on experience in IT operations, cloud infrastructure support, application support, or systems administration. • Practical experience managing cloud infrastructure and services on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCC / GPC experience or cloud certifications are advantageous). • Proven familiarity with ITSM incident/change management frameworks and APM monitoring tools. • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, agile methodologies, and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills across complex systems. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
