Project Manager (Electrical)

Job Summary: • Located at East • Up to $10,000 • Bonus and Profit Sharing • Working Days: 5-day work week • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm • Expected Start: Q1 2027 We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Electrical) to lead electrical construction and installation projects from planning through testing, commissioning and final handover. Responsibilities • Lead the full lifecycle of electrical projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination and delivery, ensuring milestones and contractual requirements are achieved. • Manage site operations and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors and project teams while monitoring progress, costs, variation orders and potential project risks. • Ensure LV/HV, power distribution, lighting, ELV and related electrical installations comply with applicable statutory requirements, safety standards, technical specifications and quality requirements. • Lead testing, commissioning and project handover activities, including as-built documentation and operation manuals, while serving as a key liaison with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities. Skills / Experience Required • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline . • At least 10 years of relevant experience in electrical systems , including project management and/or engineering responsibilities. • Strong technical knowledge of LV/HV systems, power distribution, lighting, ELV and related electrical systems . • Demonstrated experience in electrical system design, installation, testing and commissioning, with a strong understanding of site safety, quality and regulatory requirements. • Strong project management, cost control, planning, coordination and stakeholder-management skills; familiarity with relevant project planning/design software such as Primavera and/or Revit is advantageous. • Required to provide after-hours/on-call support when operationally necessary .
