Quantity Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities * Project Cost Management & Claims: Oversee project costs and submit progress and variation claims to track milestones and scope changes. * Procurement & Subcontractor Management: Select contractors and suppliers, and assess payment claims from subcontractors to ensure compliance with project terms. * Contract & Final Account Management: Review contracts for any issues, prepare final accounts, and manage sub-contracts and related correspondence. * Claims & Delays Assistance: Work with the supervisor to prepare claims for time extensions, cost adjustments, and delays, ensuring proper documentation. * Reporting & Meetings: Use internal systems like OA and SAP for progress tracking and attend meetings to provide updates and support as needed. *Other duties as assigned. Requirement: • Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent. • At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Capable of listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese and English, as applicant will need to liaise with Chinese speaker or associate. • Willing to work 5.5days with alt Saturday (allow to apply WFH for Alt Saturday).
