Receiving Officer (Central)

📍 Location: Somerset 🕒 Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) 💰 Salary: Up to $3,000 Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district. Job Scope: • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and supplier documents, reporting any discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly. • Maintain accurate inventory records, process daily goods movements, and support stock counts, audits, and replenishment monitoring. • Manage receiving and storage areas, ensuring proper handling, organisation, cleanliness, and timely distribution of goods to relevant departments. • Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, Finance, and internal departments while ensuring compliance with hotel safety, hygiene, procurement, and operational standards. Job Requirements: • Experience in receiving, storekeeping, inventory control, or a related role is preferred. • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy with basic computer and inventory system knowledge. • Good English communication skills with the ability to work independently and effectively in a team. • Physically fit, responsible, and able to handle goods and deliveries with a positive and proactive attitude.
