Inside Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities • Manage the inside sales representatives team • Track sales targets for your team that is set by management • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process • Coordinate department to solve customer escalation issues • Prepare monthly, quarterly sales billing forecasts number for SGM • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products • Build an open-communication environment for your team • Approving of workflows, CN & DN & RMA • Training of IS on system and dealing with customers • Attend con-call if required by customers or suppliers • Process quotes and orders entry and planning of stocks for strategic customers Requirements • Diploma holder or above, preferably in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering • At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in interconnect components (Connectors/Switches/Relay etc.) • Good command of Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients • Good time management and multi-tasking skills • Team player and able to communicate with all levels/departments • Positive attitude, detail-minded, service oriented and willing to learn
