Accounts Receivable - Immediately (Manufacturing)

Location : Pandamaran / Port Klang Industry : MNC Manufacturing - (Immediate position) Skills : Degree in Accounting, Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable with Manufacturing background Requirements 1) Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field with good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. 2) Minimum 3 years related working experience. 3) Familiar with accounting software and well verse with Microsoft Office skills including power point skills. 4) Possess a positive working attitude with high level of integrity, honesty and accountability in handling financial matters. 5) Able to work independently and flexible to work outside office hours as when required in meeting reporting deadlines. Responsibilities : 1. Fully in charge of the Accounts Receivable module. 2. Ensure correct and proper billing of sales invoices via e-invoicing, i.e. all goods delivered are timely billed at correct price and quantity error free. 3. Monitor collection as per sales credit term to ensure prompt collection with no overdue accounts. 4. Liaise with customers, auditors, tax agent and banks when required including internal departments. 5. Perform the month end closing of the AR module including all reporting functions. 6. Assist in the cash flow forecast and monitoring and financial analysis. 7. Ensure compliance with the group accounting policies and applicable accounting standard. 8. Perform any other accounting and finance duties as when required by the superior.
