Accounts Executive (Full set) - Automotive parts

Mandarin needed for this role (China Boss) Requirements : 1) Diploma / Degree in Accounting 2) Minimum 3 years experience in Full Set Accounting 3) Language : English, Mandarin 4) Able to do Full Set Accounting Responsibilities : 1) Handle full set accounting & financial reporting 2) Handle e-invoicing, intercompany reconciliation, accurate posting entries, fixed assets register 3) Ensuring proper maintenance of account transactions in compliance to statutory and requirements 4) Handle audit & tax coordination and liaison with company Secretary, auditor, tax department and other government departments 5) Cash flow, payment management, and banking matters, 6) Management reporting 6) Handle tax submission such as prepare audit and tax schedules for year-end finalization.
