PROJECT ENGINEER

1. Scope of Work Coordinate and monitor project activities from planning stage until completion. Prepare project schedules, timelines and progress updates. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal departments. Review project drawings, specifications and technical requirements. Monitor project progress, quality, cost and timeline. Arrange and attend project meetings, site visits and inspections. Follow up on materials, equipment and manpower required for projects. Identify project issues and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them. Prepare project reports, documentation, progress claims and other related documents. Ensure project works comply with safety, quality and company requirements. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management. 2. Qualifications Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or related field). Preferably 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, engineering or construction/manufacturing. Fresh graduates with relevant engineering internship experience are encouraged to apply. Able to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications. Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; AutoCAD/project management software is an advantage. Able to work independently and meet project deadlines. Willing to travel to project sites when required.
