PRODUCTION EXEC

1. Scope of Work Plan, coordinate and monitor daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved. Prepare and monitor production schedules according to customer orders and delivery requirements. Monitor production output, efficiency, manpower and machine utilization. Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, QC, Warehouse and Purchasing departments. Monitor raw material availability and ensure materials are ready for production. Identify and troubleshoot production and technical issues to minimize downtime. Ensure production processes comply with company SOP, quality and safety requirements. Monitor product quality and coordinate with QC on any quality issues. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports and analyse production performance. Assist in improving production processes, productivity and cost efficiency. Monitor machine and equipment performance and coordinate with Maintenance for repairs when required. Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices within the production area. Supervise and guide production workers to ensure work is carried out properly and efficiently. Perform other duties assigned by Management. 2. Qualifications Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Civil or related field). Preferably 2–5 years of experience in production, manufacturing or engineering. Fresh graduates with relevant engineering internship experience are encouraged to apply. Good understanding of production processes, machinery and manufacturing operations. Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and team management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or production-related software is an advantage. Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/factory environment.
