**Job Title:** PCB Process Engineer **Job Responsibilities:** - Monitor and improve PCB manufacturing processes. - Troubleshoot production and process issues. - Improve product quality, yield, and production efficiency. - Develop and optimize process parameters and work instructions. - Analyze defects and implement corrective actions. - Support new product introduction (NPI) and process validation. - Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams. - Ensure processes comply with quality and safety requirements. **Requirements:** - Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field. - Experience in PCB/electronics manufacturing is preferred. - Good problem-solving and analytical skills. - Able to work effectively with production and engineering teams.
