Reliability Engineer – Simple Job Description (PCB Manufacturing) - Monitor and improve equipment and process reliability. - Conduct failure analysis and identify root causes. - Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans. - Minimize equipment downtime and improve efficiency. - Analyze reliability data and prepare reports. - Work with production and engineering teams to resolve technical issues. - Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
