QA/QC Supervisor

Key Responsibilities 1. Supervise and manage daily QA/QC inspection activities. 2. Ensure products comply with engineering drawings, specifications, dimensional tolerances, and customer requirements. 3. Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of raw materials, components, moulds, and finished products. 4. Implement and maintain the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS). 5. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and relevant documentation. 6. Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues and product non-conformities. 7. Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely follow-up. 8. Assist in internal and external ISO 9001 audits. 9. Monitor quality performance and recommend process improvement initiatives. 10. Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues. 11. Supervise and guide QA/QC personnel to ensure consistent product quality. 12. Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, work instructions, and standards.
