Senior Physiotherapist

1. Clinical Assessment & Treatment Management • Conduct comprehensive assessment and functional evaluation of patients with neurological, musculoskeletal and other complex conditions. • Develop, implement and adjust individualized rehabilitation treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical findings. • Monitor patient progress continuously and modify treatment approaches to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. • Provide rehabilitation intervention focusing on movement restoration, functional mobility and improvement of activities of daily living (ADL). • Handle complex rehabilitation cases including neurological (stroke), musculoskeletal, geriatric, pediatric and adult conditions. 2. Rehabilitation Program & Patient Progress Monitoring • Track, document and evaluate patient progress throughout the rehabilitation journey. • Maintain accurate patient reports including treatment records, progress notes and testimonial documentation when required. • Provide patient education including home-based exercise programs to support long-term recovery. • Ensure treatment effectiveness by integrating manual therapy, movement therapy and functional rehabilitation techniques. 3. Multidisciplinary Collaboration • Work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals including doctors, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation teams to ensure coordinated patient care. • Participate in case discussions and contribute professional rehabilitation insights for patient management. • Support treatment planning for challenging or complex rehabilitation cases. 4. Patient Experience & Communication • Build and maintain strong rapport with patients and their families to ensure a supportive rehabilitation environment. • Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment goals, recovery expectations and rehabilitation progress. • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, patience and confidence when managing patients. 5. Knowledge Development & Professional Growth • Continuously update clinical knowledge and rehabilitation techniques in line with latest rehabilitation practices. • Contribute to internal learning, mentoring junior rehab therapists and sharing clinical insights within the team. • Support development of rehabilitation protocols and treatment guidelines within the organization. 6. Brand Representation & Community Education • Participate in social media live sessions, knowledge sharing and educational content related to rehabilitation and recovery. • Represent the organization professionally during patient engagement, awareness programs or digital education platforms. 7. Service Delivery & Operational Support • Provide rehabilitation therapy at the center and conduct home therapy / house call sessions when required. • Assist in managing patient flow, treatment schedules and service quality standards. • Remain adaptable and prepared to handle challenging cases with a solution-oriented approach.
