Business Analyst

Job Description Primary responsibility is to understand the product / solutions and prepare user requirement, functional specifications for new or modified program to determine feasibility, compatibility with current system architecture and computer capabilities. Responsibilities Works with business partner to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs. Create mock up screen / wire-frame with prototype tools Clearly articulates and documents business requirements. Creates, analyse, and validate detailed functional specification or user requirements into a Functional Specification Document (FSD) & System Requirement Specification (SRS). Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands. Manages ongoing relationship with the business partners to drive satisfaction with project delivery. Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-through to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions. Obtains key inputs from relevant parties and identifies solution inter dependencies. Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems. Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues. Provides the UAT support to the stakeholders. Design and maintain the application user guide. Understand and simplify the application flow according to market usability and best practices. Requirements Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. Broad IT domain experience in three or more of the following areas IT areas: Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Financial related application. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science related field. Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication. Demonstrated analytical skills. Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts. Familiarity with general business functions. Willing to travel (Malaysia and Oversea) Knowing Mandarin language is a plus as we are dealing with China vendor Skills Needed Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information receive from customer, vendor to in order to put it into user flow and requirement. Communication skills, to solicit input from customer and vendor in the process of consolidate, categorize into functional specification. Observational and troubleshooting skills, to foresee the potential impact of existing and future flow. Problem solving skills, to be able to continuously come out with different structured ideas in the process solving problem with new user flow.
