QC Inspector

1. Update daily output record in One Drive system (cutting & finish good). 2. Verification on Non-Conformance product. 3. Update NCR records as per sequence and prepare NCR summary quarterly for quality audit purposes. 4. Prepare sample for BBO office if any. 5. Update QC notes tome to time (dimension, accessories position, punching tool). 6. Confirmation upon receiving panels without markings, if need replacement of section and prepare NCR for Return From Site (RFS) / precast panels (Rectification, Modification). 7. Prepare sample board for new projects. 8. Prepare punching tool for production. 9. Overtime arrangements for QC inspectors. 10. Liaise with supplier if there is any deviation on accessories and raw material. 11. Prepare offcut and raw material list for PC team. 12. Assist Manager during visit to precast area or site. 13. Ensure effectiveness of continuous improvement plans. 14. Attending meeting regarding any customer complaint. 15. Update all relevant documents related to auditing purposes 16. Experience with calibration. 17. Verification on First Article sample. 18. Plan and prepare plastic packer usage quantity to PC team. 19. Order touch up spray paint. 20. Update ID sticker roll stock to purchasing department. 21. Is responsible for accurately and consistently using company systems and tools (e.g. EPR) in their daily work to ensure data integrity, smooth operations, and compliance with company processes. 22. The employee may be required to perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically listed in this job scope, as assigned by management, based on the needs of the company. These duties will be reasonably related to the employee’s role and within their capabilities.
