➢ Start-up Engineer for new product development ➢ Drive tool harmonization project with European counterparts ➢ Coordinate and align with European sites for best known practices ➢ Lead CMP department on Wide Band Gap (WBG) project ➢ Design and implement Continuous Improvement Project (CIP) to enhance tool performance ➢ Create maintenance troubleshooting procedure and preventive maintenance handbook ➢ Design upgrades and program microprocessor (PLC & Arduino) on said tools ➢ Determine and create long-term fixes for persistent issues with the aforementioned tools. ➢ Supervise troubleshooting and preventive maintenance technician ➢ Train technicians to work on said tools to perform periodic and troubleshooting maintenance ➢ Mentor newly hired maintenance engineers. ➢ Conduct systematic troubleshooting and management over spare components for the tools. ➢ Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and set-up for Motorman & PRI Robot ➢ Perform electromechanical troubleshooting and repair on all said tools ➢ Spearhead improvement for tool Mean-Time-Between-Failure (MTBF) and Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR) ➢ Responsible for the hazardous chemical delivery system using hazardous chemical ▪ Oxalic acid, citric acid, ammonia, KMN02 slurry ferric nitride slurry, IPA ➢ Able to do technical paper presentation (8D, SPC, JMP) SME (Subject Matter Expert) for ➢ Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes ➢ Equipment Reliability through proactive Maintenance ➢ Total Preventive Maintenance ➢ Continuous Improvement (Kaizen, PDCA, Lean) ➢ Reading schematics diagram, mechanical drawing, fluids and pneumatic diagram ➢ Electro-Pneumatics and PLC systems ▪ Siemens, Festo, Koganei and Aventics Other responsibilities include – ➢ Manages maintenance documentations follow ISO standard ➢ Liaise with process engineering and production team to schedule machine PM activities ➢ Liaise with Facility Management to plan for facility PM schedule to coincide with said machines ➢ Manage tool budget without exceeding the allocated value ➢ Ensure product quality does not fall below the company set limit ➢ Supervise On-the-job trainees Job Requirements: ➢ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, Electronic, Electro-Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering ➢ Minimum 10 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry ➢ Must have 7 years of experience in Auriga and Ebara machine ➢ Must have 3 years of experience in Axus machine ➢ Must be knowledgeable in Design of Experiment software (JMP) ➢ Expertise in Continuous Improvement Methodology ➢ Expertise in reading mechanical drawing, schematics diagram, fluids and pneumatic drawing ➢ Expertise in robot troubleshooting, repair and programming ➢ Expertise in electrical, electronics, mechanical troubleshooting and repair ➢Must be Proficient in Pneumatics, Electro-Pneumatics and PLC repair (Aventics, Festo) ➢ Must be proficient with Ishikawa diagram, why-why analysis ➢ Good English communication skills.
