Process Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on and analytical Process Engineer to improve chemical manufacturing processes, support new product scale-up, and ensure production meets quality, safety and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop, improve and scale up chemical mixing and production processes. Support the transfer of new materials from laboratory/pilot scale to mass production. Monitor production data and identify process issues, bottlenecks and improvement areas. Conduct troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for process deviations. Prepare and update Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and P&IDs. Support equipment setup, commissioning and process improvement projects. Ensure compliance with EHS, chemical handling and environmental requirements. Prepare and maintain SOPs, process control plans and technical documents. Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering and other teams to improve process performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or related field. 2–5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in chemical manufacturing, wet chemistry or high-purity materials. Knowledge of DOE, statistical analysis and process control. Experience with Minitab, JMP or similar statistical tools is an advantage. Good understanding of chemical mixing, fluid dynamics and process scale-up. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
