Operator Machine

- Mengendalikan dan memantau mesin pengeluaran mengikut prosedur operasi standard (SOP). - Melakukan persediaan (setup) dan pelarasan mesin sebelum memulakan operasi. - Menjalankan pemeriksaan kualiti produk secara berkala bagi memastikan spesifikasi dipenuhi. - Melaksanakan pemeriksaan rutin dan penyelenggaraan asas mesin. - Mengenal pasti serta menyelesaikan masalah kecil (troubleshooting) pada mesin dan proses pengeluaran. - Merekod data pengeluaran, downtime mesin, dan isu-isu berkaitan operasi. - Memastikan kawasan kerja sentiasa bersih, kemas dan mematuhi amalan 5S. - Mematuhi semua prosedur keselamatan, kesihatan dan persekitaran (EHS). - Bekerjasama dengan juruteknik, penyelia dan pasukan pengeluaran untuk meningkatkan produktiviti dan kualiti. - Memastikan sasaran pengeluaran harian dan KPI yang ditetapkan dapat dicapai.
