Job Description Job Responsibilities: • Support the Business Development team in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and destination reviews to identify industry trends and generate strategic insights. • Assist in developing business cases, feasibility studies, and strategic papers by conducting research, collecting data, and preparing supporting analyses. • Prepare, update, and maintain pitch decks, presentations, marketing collateral, departmental reports, and approval papers to support business development initiatives. • Collect, analyse, and synthesise information required for management reports, strategic submissions, and business proposals. • Provide administrative support during meetings, including notetaking, documentation, and follow-up on action items. • Support the planning and coordination of conferences, events, and industry engagements, including identifying collaboration opportunities and preparing the necessary materials, when needed. • Provide ad hoc support to the Business Development team on special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required . Job Requirements: • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, or Hospitality. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). • Ability to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately. • Detail-oriented and meticulous , with strong written and verbal communications skills. • Possesses strong analytical skills, works well in a team, and is both independent and curious. • Interested in learning about hospitality and lodging services and real estate finance. • Curious-minded, self-starter Closing Statement: At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
